This position is responsible for providing first level monitoring of medical readings and calling of the patient to assess whether they need further intervention by their health professional or whether further monitoring is appropriate.
This position…
- Provides first level monitoring of a high volume of medical alert alarms with genuine concern.
- Supports the response requirements and relative priorities of situations, and health professional in accordance with established procedures.
- Contacts private individuals by telephone in order to assess each patient alert by modality.
- Supports the triaging and assessing data represented by alerts to determine next steps in call process.
- Assists the obtaining customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into computers.
- Tracks and maintains access to, and security of, highly sensitive materials.
- Understands how to explain products or services and answer questions from customers.
- Tracks and maintains records of contacts, accounts, and orders.
- Assists with clinical enrollment of new clients, support existing clients and collaboration between interdepartmental processes.
- Interacts with customers, Case Managers, and Home Service Representatives’ in a professional, helpful and courteous manner.
- Provides basic, trouble-shooting technical assistance to customers as required.
- Participate in other projects or duties as assigned.
We are interested in speaking with individuals with the following…
- High School Diploma required.
- One (1) year or less of experience of contact center or customer service with heavy phone volume and/or data entry.
- Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- An energetic pace along with a positive attitude
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and with teams
- Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks as the same time
Salary: $16.36 – $22.09 hourly
