Your Role in a Nutshell
As an IT Support Specialist at Contigo Health, you will play a pivotal role in addressing technical queries and issues promptly. Your responsibilities will extend to providing expert technical recommendations, maintaining a high degree of understanding of departmental business processes, and supporting major Contigo Health enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Exceptional User Support
- Respond to technical queries and issues with finesse.
- Resolve problems in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Provide technical recommendations to enhance system efficiency.
- User Administrative Responsibilities
- Efficiently perform user administrative tasks.
- Add, update, or remove application access for Contigo Health applications.
- Automation Ecosystem Oversight
- Monitor and update automation jobs and schedules.
- Ensure the seamless functioning of our automation ecosystem.
- Backup Support for EDI Coordination
- Provide backup support for the EDI coordinator.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of EDI files.
- Issue Escalation and Troubleshooting
- Lead the escalation of issues with appropriate resources.
- Support and troubleshoot inbound/outbound interfaces as needed.
- Change Management Participation
- Actively participate in change management activities.
- Support successful system deployments and enhancements.
- Building Effective Relationships
- Establish effective working relationships with end-users, IT, and department leaders.
Qualifications We Seek
Required Qualifications
- Work Experience: 2 or more years of applicable experience.
- Skills & Experience: Desktop Application Support, Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (Required), Windows and Linux experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with EDI files.
- Previous experience in a third-party administrator (TPA) or healthcare setting.
- Independence in work with a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred).
Compensation and Benefits
Premier values its employees and ensures that compensation is competitive. The internal salary range for this role is $43,000 – $79,000, with the final salary dependent on various factors, including education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location.
