Schedule

  • Full-time, Remote (United States)
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales + internal stakeholders

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns (organic, paid social, email) to drive engagement and leads
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and internal teams to support growth and brand initiatives
  • Build and manage a content calendar with internal subject matter experts
  • Track performance and optimize using Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, and related tools
  • Maintain and update the corporate website in WordPress
  • Coordinate with agencies and external vendors to deliver programs
  • Manage inbound leads and support meeting generation/pipeline creation for Sales
  • Report on full-funnel performance and recommend improvements
  • Support marketing budget tracking, including invoices, contracts, and month-to-month monitoring

What You Need

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience (healthcare preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Hands-on experience with content/collateral (including Canva), email campaigns, and social best practices
  • Strong analytics mindset and ability to turn data into actionable decisions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Required: Salesforce + Pardot (or comparable CRM + marketing automation)
