Bilingual Content Editor – Remote (Freelance/Contract)

If you can build trust fast, handle high call volume, and explain healthcare programs in plain language, this role is for you. You’ll educate and enroll patients into a Medicare-sponsored chronic care management program that helps them manage conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, and COPD.

  • Monday–Friday
  • Business hours availability required (8:00am–5:30pm CST)
  • 100% remote

What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls to patients from an assigned pool
  • Educate patients on program benefits and answer questions clearly
  • Build rapport quickly and tailor messaging based on patient needs and demographics
  • Overcome hesitation and guide patients toward enrollment
  • Document conversations and complete accurate data entry
  • Hit daily activity and performance metrics while maintaining quality

What You Need

  • Strong people skills and a patient-first mindset
  • Comfort on the phone for most of the day (80%+ talk time)
  • Experience meeting goals in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment
  • Clear, warm, professional phone presence
  • Strong multitasking and accurate data entry skills
  • Comfort with multiple systems (Outlook, Excel, Word, Skype)
  • Associate degree or higher
  • US-based
