Enrollment Specialist – Remote

If you’re at your best on the phone and you know how to connect fast, this role is a clean lane. You’ll educate patients on a Medicare-sponsored care coordination program and enroll them by building trust, not pressure.

Schedule

  • Full-time, 100% remote
  • Monday–Friday
  • Availability required during business hours: 8:00 AM–5:30 PM CST
  • Expect high phone time: 80%+ of your day on calls

What You’ll Do

  • Work an assigned patient pool and make outbound calls
  • Educate patients on the benefits of the Medicare-sponsored care coordination program (chronic condition support)
  • Build rapport quickly and tailor your message based on demographics, health concerns, and insurance
  • Persuade patients to enroll using clear, warm, patient-focused communication
  • Take accurate real-time notes and complete strong, clean data entry
  • Navigate multiple tools and software platforms while staying on-metric
  • Collaborate with the Patient Engagement Specialist (PES) team and contribute as a leader within the group

What You Need

  • Strong people skills and a warm, professional phone presence
  • Proven ability to hit metrics in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
  • Comfort spending most of the day on the phone (80%+ talk time)
  • Clear, concise communication that’s informational and influential
  • Empathy and a patient-first mindset, especially with chronic illness populations
  • Strong data entry skills and the ability to multitask while on calls
  • Ability to tailor messaging creatively to highlight program benefits
  • Comfort working across software tools, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Skype)
  • Associate degree or higher
  • US-based
