Carenet Health, a subsidiary of Rite Aid, has posted a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Rep job to their careers page.
In this role, you will make outbound calls to patients, members, and customers to discuss healthcare needs, benefits, and in-home or virtual healthcare evaluations. You will address member concerns with empathy and senior sensitivity, ensuring that conversations are value-driven and solution-oriented. You will also reset appointments and schedules as needed to meet customer needs and expectations.
Applicants should have at least a high school diploma or GED; strong computer experience (data entry, screen navigation, keyboarding); experience with Microsoft Outlook (email) and Word; excellent customer service skills; the ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties; excellent oral and written communication skills; caring and compassion; and the ability to provide 2 monitors at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports.

The posted starting pay rate is $15 per hour, and there is a comprehensive benefits package.

- Promote Healthcare Benefits: Address member concerns with empathy and senior sensitivity, ensuring that conversations are value-driven and solution-oriented.

Qualifications – Remote Healthcare Customer Service Rep

- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required – this will be verified during background check
- Strong computer experience (data entry, screen navigation, keyboarding),
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook (email) and Word
