Apply now for the position of Senior Financial Analyst, and you will have the opportunity to lead Financial Planning & Analysis for Point of Care, Supply Chain Management. This role is pivotal in driving the Point of Care cost base to a level that gives us a competitive advantage, with Supply Chain Management being the dominant cost driver in the Business Line.

This role is remote, but travel to a Siemens location will be required based on business need.  

Your role:

• You will be responsible for all Financial Planning & Analysis activities in Supply Chain Management, including all global consolidation and reporting activities
• You will work directly with the senior finance leaders across the supply chain network (USA, Canada, United Kingdom, India)
• You will drive a cost-conscious culture, with a particular focus on productivity, and continuous improvement
• You will drive efficiency in reporting and the global consolidation of all site’s financials, through innovation in digital tools and processes
• You will act as an advocate for collaboration, linking people and teams together, across finance teams and non-finance functions, to ensure Supply Chain Management finance is more than just the sum of its parts
• You will simplify Supply Chain Management financials and actively promote and educate others to help their understanding of finance within a supply chain

Your expertise:

• You will have an in-depth understanding of how productivity works in a manufacturing environment, with a track record of driving cost out 
• You will be comfortable working with senior management within a global organization, and presenting complex financials in a simple manner
• You will have a demonstrated track record of success in driving efficiency through digitalization in reporting, with experience in sharing that knowledge across a business
• You will be highly proficient with all Microsoft tools, with a focus on PowerPoint, Excel and PowerBI
• You have experience maximizing big data through various systems and tools

The Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a finance, business or related field, Masters degree a plus
• 7+ years of experience  with a demonstrated track record of success in working in a multi-site environment, with previous Financial Planning & Analysis experience

The pay range for this position is $128,000 – $176,000 U.S. dollars annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as where the work will be performed. The annual incentive target is (15%) of base pay.
