The Role of a Specialty Care Coordinator

Tackling Communication Challenges

As a Specialty Care Coordinator, you play a pivotal role in triaging and responding to incoming communications. Whether it’s through phone calls, emails, or our portal, you are the primary contact for receiving inbound requests. Your adept skills in organizing and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Efficient Task Management

Efficiency is key in this role. You will transfer and assign tasks to the responsible team members, track incoming support requests, and prioritize them for timely resolution. Managing the troubleshooting and follow-up queue is crucial for ensuring smooth operations.

Requirements and Training

Your Qualifications

To excel as a Specialty Care Coordinator, you should possess a High School Diploma or equivalent. A preferred qualification includes being a Licensed Pharmacy Technician. Experience in healthcare-related operations is desirable.

Training and Schedule

Your journey with Soleo Health begins with comprehensive training arranged by us. The training, completed in Phoenix, sets you up for success in your role. The schedule for this position is 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Eastern.
