Working in close collaboration with the VUSA Events Team and National Leaders, our Registration and Customer Service Lead orchestrates a meticulous registration data plan and on-site execution strategies. From conception to implementation, this role plays a pivotal part in formulating, managing, and executing the registration process, guaranteeing a streamlined and efficient experience for all participants.
Seamless Check-in Process
The role extends beyond registration, coordinating the check-in flow for National Conference attendees. From recruiting and training check-in volunteers to organizing registration packet materials and managing conference name tags, our focus remains on delivering a hassle-free check-in process, ensuring a warm welcome for every guest.
Exemplary Customer Service
At the heart of our commitment lies dedicated customer service. Our Registration and Customer Service Lead stands as the primary point of contact, offering guidance, addressing queries, and assisting attendees throughout the registration process, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.

Qualifications
